A 14-year-old was arrested Thursday for his alleged connection to the deadly Ybor City mass shooting that occurred on October 29.
About two dozen speakers addressed Tampa police Tuesday night. Some asked for a crackdown on Ybor’s rowdy nightlife scene; others pushed for youth outreach measures.
