The 2019 web manga 
Uchu Nanhara Kotetsu-kun is making the leap to a short-form anime series next year. Based on the work by Yuji Nishimura, we learned last September that the show is scheduled for a spring 2021 debut. Now, the official site has updated with an April 7th, 2021 premiere date set for it along with a promotional video below and a key visual above. That also comes with a cast listing in the order we see above with:
Akane Yamaguchi as Otama, Kotetsu’s schoolmate
Masashi Tamaki as Liu, Kotetsu’s schoolmate
