The fire broke out in the Mumbai-Bengaluru Udyan Daily Express train after it reached Sangolli Rayanna Railway Station in Karnatakas Bengaluru.
Smoke was detected in B1 and B2 coaches in the Udyan Express that was at the Kranthiveera Sangolli Rayanna (KSR) railway station.
At 7.10 am, smoke was detected in the B1 coach of Udyan Express on Platform No. 3. Soon, firefighters doused the blaze. No one was injured.
According to Railway officials, the train had arrived from Mumbai at 5.45 am and was stationed at platform three of the Bengaluru City Railway Station
