Nigerian Police Release Chief Imam Who Engaged Correctional Service Officer, Others To Torture 24-Year-Old To Death 'For Stealing Cables' In Adamawa
The Nigeria Police Force has freed a Chief Imam who colluded with an officer of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS) and others to allegedly torture a 24-year-old boy to death in Adamawa State. SaharaReporters learnt that some concerned residents of the Jimeta Central Mosque in Adamawa also demanded justice for the deceased, Aliyu Umar Goni, who was killed for allegedly stealing electronic cables at the mosque.
