Baramulla: The youth congress leader and president Municipal Council Baramulla (MCB) Umer Azhar Kakroo has been removed as the president , after he lost the no confidence motion moved against him on Saturday in the office of the MCB. Executive officer MCB Imtiyaz Ahmad said that a floor test was conducted on Saturday in which 12 councillors participated out of total 19. Among the 12 councillors 11 went against the Kakroo and he lost no confidence motion. He said that as per results of the test Umer is now not the president of the council.
