Are toll plazas 'neglecting' disabled persons?
According to the norms, all vehicles owned by the PwDs are allowed to use the roads maintained by the NHAI across the country without paying toll fee. The PwDs have to get a zero transaction or free FASTag for their vehicles from the NHAI.
