According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), officers responded just before 8:30 p.m. May 2 to a crash at Summer Avenue and North Mendenhall Road and found a man had been hit by a vehicle.
Three teenagers, including a 14-year-old, were arrested after they allegedly tried to break into a tobacco store and fired a shot at an employee before leading officers on a car chase across town early Tuesday, police said.
