BEACON FALLS – Incumbent Republican candidate First Selectman Gerard Smith is squaring off against unaffiliated challenger, former Beacon Hose Co. No. 1 Fire Chief Dave Rybinski, for the town’s top office in Tuesday's election.
Smith, who has been first selectman for four terms, said he’s running
