The Florida Senate gave final approval to a bill that would temporarily lift a cap on participation in a school voucher program.
Participation in the program was capped at roughly 41,000 students for this school year.
More than 8,000 students with disabilities are waiting to receive vouchers, said Senate sponsor Jay Collins, R-Tampa.
