USF meal program temporarily shut down due to COVID
United Samaritan Foundation’s Daily Bread lunch truck program is closed until Jan. 4 due to COVID-19.

Hundreds of Stanislaus County residents who rely on the United Samaritan Foundation’s Daily Bread lunch truck program will need to find meals elsewhere for the next week, as the Turlock-based nonprofit organization temporarily shut down operations after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
USF announced Monday on their Facebook page that “out of an abundance of precaution,” the facility was closing until Jan. 4 following an employee testing positive for coronavirus.
