ON Semiconductor SECO-MDK-4KW-65SPM31-GEVK Motor Development Kit, now available from Mouser, is intended for three-phase motor drives and features the NFAM5065L4B Intelligent Power Module in a DIP39 package. The MDK is rated for 400VDC input, delivering continuous power over 1kW, with the capability of delivering up to 4kW power for a short period.
