VyStar Credit Union can complete the renovated breezeway that runs between its two buildings and parking garage at its Downtown Jacksonville headquarters campus. The city issued a permit Dec. 21 for Dana B. Kenyon Co. to build the project at a cost of $1.62 million. VyStar said previously it anticipated opening the breezeway project by mid-2021.
