7th Pay Commission: The DA hike along with arrears, and the bonus will place an additional financial burden of approximately Rs 2,091 crore on the state exchequer.
7th Pay Commission: If announced, it will be a 4% DA hike for the UP government employees this time and the increase in the DA will be effective for pensioners as well.
If the DA hike is announced, over 12 lakh teachers/employees and 7 lakh pensioners of the UP government will be benefitted.
The increase DA amount from January 1 to April 30 will be added in general provident fund (GPF). Hereafter, the increase amount of May will be included with the salary of June.
