Murder investigation: Man found dead in Ankerdine Road, Worcestershire
POLICE have closed a Worcestershire road to launch a murder investigation into te death of a man in his 60s. A scene guard is currently in place at a layby in Ankerdine Road in Cotheridge where a vehicle fire was reported and a man was found dead. A 51-year-old man was arrested yesterday (Sunday 14) on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody. Detective Chief Inspector Mark Peters, said: “This is clearly a very serious and tragic incident that has seen a man lose his life and our thoughts are very much with his family and friends at this sad time.
