A ROAD near Builth Wells was closed for a short period this morning (May 25) after a tree fell down in high winds. The tree came down on a narrow stretch of the B4520 between Builth and Upper Chapel, just outside Builth, Dyfed Powys Police announced on its Twitter feed at around 8am. The road was clear by 9.30am. “Tree down B4520 Builth Wells to Upper Chapel. @PowysCC aware and attending.
