WATER levels in a village which suffered severe flooding last month are 'above normal' once more, Natural Resources Wales (NRW) have said. People were evacuated from their homes when floods hit Bangor-on-Dee, near Wrexham, last month as Storm Christoph hit the region. It was one of several communities in the Wrexham area affected with the likes of Rosssett and New Broughton also suffering. From Emerald to Rockhampton and down past Gladstone, most areas have received up to 50mm or above. Bureau of Meteorology rainfall and river condition data shows 56mm fell at Broadmeadows weather station near Rockhampton in the 24 hours to 9.30am Wednesday.
