Armed police deployed after 'altercation' which left man with head injuries By Leanne Cooke Armed Police were deployed yesterday after a fight in Douglas left a man with head injuries. Police continue to investigate Douglas altercation Mon, 24 May 2021 Police are continuing to investigate a violent altercation in Douglas over the weekend. Armed officers were called to the Upper Dukes Road and St Ninian's Road area at around 1am on Saturday. The incident involved an altercation between two local men - one of them received injuries to his head which are not serious.
