COVID MAP: Latest data reveals areas of Swindon hit hardest by coronavirus

THE latest available government data reveals that the number of new coronavirus cases  in Swindon's hardest-hit area is more than four times that of the place with the fewest new cases. In the seven days leading up to December 28, 46 Covid-19 cases were confirmed in the Wroughton, Wichelstowe and Chiseldon ward while only 11 were confirmed in Walcot East. Brave three-year-old Samuel honoured for his courage in facing cancer

A TODDLER who spent last Christmas in hospital for cancer treatment has been honoured for his courage. Samuel Oswin was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in December 2019 after a rash appeared on his body. The three-year-old's mum Amy opened up about her son’s cancer after he received a Cancer Research UK for Children & Young People Star Award in partnership with TK Maxx for the bravery he has shown throughout his treatment.
