Black Swan Living, under the name of Douglas Trail Townhomes Asset Management, recently purchased the two parcels in northwest Rochester that make up the Douglas Trail Townhomes. The deal cost Black Swan $11 million to add 100 Med City townhouses to its housing portfolio last week.
Black Swan Living, led by Rochester Realtors and developers Nick and Dr. Elaine Stageberg, purchased the 90-year-old Residence at Old City Hall apartments at 224 First Ave. SW from Jeff Allman for $5 million in mid-September.
The 95-year-old Furlow Apartments and its younger sibling, Hamilton Apartments, located side-by-side at 508 Fourth St. SW along with the Raymond Apartments at 23 7th Ave. SW were sold recently for a combined $7.02 million
