Bennett Oghifo The Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) has recommended that the Ekiti State government use the Architects Project Registration Number (APRN) to enable them track revenues from property transactions. The President, Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Arc.
