An official further explained: “Malls should establish pick-up and drop-off points at a distance of 80 m, with no provision for picking up or dropping off commuters near the mall entrance. They should also provide a separate parking facility for those arriving in their own vehicles, along with additional personnel to control traffic during weekends and holidays.”
