FRONT ROYAL — Council members have voted 4-0 in favor of a motion to approve a change in the fiscal 2021 budget to reflect that the town received $88,109 from Warren County for funds awarded by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development COVID-10 Municipal Utility Relief Program.
