'Manipur government has 6,885 outstanding UCs amounting to Rs 9,999.27 crore'
Social researcher Serto Tondana said that of the total 39 departments, the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (RD and PR) has the maximum outstanding amount at Rs 3,936,30 crore with a total outstanding UCs of 569, while the Food and Civil Supplies has zero outstanding UCs.
