Valorant is getting a big update today, introducing a new casual game mode to Riot’s free to play shooter. The new mode is called Escalation and it is Valorant’s equivalent of Gun Game, which is featured in other popular shooters like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Call of Duty. In Escalation, players are placed on a map and start out with a powerful weapon. As players get kills, their weapons will be replaced with weaker ones, creating a challenging race to the top of the score board.
