Gaylord Patriotic Quilters present quilt of valor to veteran Van Duser
Because of the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic, all quilt presentations had been placed on hold. However, the presentations resumed on Sept. 2 and on Oct. 7 at the Otsego County veteranâs monthly coffee hour. Additionally, four more Otsego County veterans were presented quilts on Nov. 4. Because of attendance restrictions still in place, the coffee and presentations took place at the VFW Pavilion where everyone had more room to social-distance. The group presents six different quilts to veterans in September, and each week a different veteran was featured in the Gaylord Herald Times. ...
