Darjeeling, April 4: West Bengal Governor Dr CV Ananda Bose on Monday launched the book 'Not An Accidental Rise: Harsh Vardhan Shringla' in Darjeeling and said that this motivational book should be useful to the youth of Bengal and India.
More than 130 people are attending the meeting, which is taking place in the West Bengal cities of Darjeeling and Siliguri from April 1 to 3.
