Taos Post Season Policy: Uphill skiing/riding is only allowed beginning three days after the announced last day of winter ski area operations and ending on May 15th, when the Summer Operations Plan takes into effect. During this time the New Mexico Ski Safety Act duties of ski area operators will not apply to the skiing area or any persons skiing/riding on the terrain.
