A second well has spudded on trend to Pancontinental Energy's (ASX:PCL) Saturn oil play in offshore Namibia.
Pancontinental has announced significant drilling activity has commenced on-trend to its acreage position in PEL 87 offshore Namibia. TotalEnergies has commenced drilling its ultra-deep Venus-1 well in the Orange Basin. On-trend, Pancontinental has mapped the very large Saturn turbidite complex in PEL 87, which is geologically similar to Total’s Venus Prospect.
