You have to have standing to sue. you have to show some harm to you, so how does somebody in louisiana suing somebody in austin who wants to get an abortion show specific concrete harm to them as opposed to anybody else. that's a problem. there are lots of sort of legal jurisdictional problems with this, but of course you have to wait for somebody to sue to actually be able to get some traction there. in the meantime, the attorney general is looking at how to challenge this law not only to overturn it in texas but to discourage other states from trying to do the same thing, hallie. >> pete wil...
