BUSINESSES will soon be asked to lend their support to a key organisation in as it seeks to be at the forefront of York's recovery. The York Business Improvement District (BID) is nearing the end of its five-year term, and will be holding a ballot to secure its renewal. As the city goes into 2021 on an unsteady footing, with a new lockdown threatening livelihoods, the BID team wants to play a key part in York's survival and revival post-Covid-19. It is asking York businesses to support them to secure a further five years of investment, business support and strong delivery.
