She's been open with her fans about her body confidence issues and in February revealed she had received liposuction after being diagnosed with lipoedema, an abnormal accumulation of fat in the legs. And now Shaughna Phillips has revealed that she 'thinks about surgery everyday' to tackle the rest of the lipoedema in her body, but has so far resisted as she wants to see what results she can get in the gym.
