Vietnam’s logistics arena requires a huge push in infrastructure development in order to grasp future growth potential and adapt to new development trends.
The Vietnamese logistics sector is eyeing the urgent need for renovation, overall solutions and vision as well as new development orientations to catch up with the global trend, creating a breakthrough for the country’s socio-economic recovery and development, according to experts.
The logistics industry plays a key role in Vietnam’s socioeconomic development. At present, over 30,000 enterprises are providing logistics services including about 4,000 logistics service providers domestically and overseas. About 97 per cent are small- and medium-sized enterprises.
