In a report, Brig. Gen. Randy Peralta, chief of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG), identified the suspects as Joseph Villamor Malasaga, 50; Algie Mingote Nabenia, 43; and Nolan Sarlego Julia, 38.
