You ve seen the world react in unison the way it has. yeah, i mean, no doubt. the u.s. intelligence community was several steps ahead every step of the way during this and has been warning for months that this was going to happen and it s really something i ve never seen as a journalist, so much transparency coming from the u.s. intelligence community, of course, you know, that is separate from getting the appropriations, for sending over weapons and so forth that the administration is engaged in now, beyond what it already sent over to ukraine, before the russian invasion, but just quickly, i want to go back to that viewer question, because a lot of people have been asking, what happens if russia takes over ukraine? so far, the ukrainians are putting up a good fight, showing tremendous resolve and i know you must be proud having so many ukrainian americans in your district, what happens if russia does take over? i will tell you, it reminds me of the saying, be careful ....

really quickly, i don t mean to cut you off but have this viewer question, i ve received so many of this same question. how do you hold putin accountable for crimes against humanity? well he could be charged with war crimes. he could be charged and also tried for war crimes should he ever be deposed or retired from office. pending that, he will remain in power and be seen by mankind as he s killed thousands of innocent people who pose no threat to him so war crimes could be instituted against him at some point in time and tried in the future as malosovich was in bosnia. thank you so much, william cohen. we ll be right back. without another pill upsetting my stomach, i get powerful, effective e and safe relief. salonpas. it s s good medicine. ....

Conventional shortfalls. the russian army in its current form is not what it was during the halcyon days of the soviet union. it is a much lesser, smaller force than it was. so in the soviet remind the russian mind, a freudian slip there the way to compensate that is to consider the use of t tactical nuclear weapons. all of these factors, least for me, have sort of got the yellow flag up in terms of watching his continued behavior. yellow flag, not yet red flag, i ll note that. on that note, a viewer question, could the war cause a nuclear war? that s a question on people s minds now. it could. i ll just be straight up and blunt about it. ....

Going to solve it. you never know, that s about the state of play. yeah, you never know and never know exactly what putin is thinking is the bottom line. i want to get to this viewer question. we saw the video there of the police dragging the protesters away. this viewer wants to know, how does an average russian feel about this? do they accept, support their leaders reasons for invading ukraine, how will they react to russian soldiers coming home in body bags? yeah, well there are kind of two different questions but, you know, overall, to generalize about russians is very hard. so i would say people who are a little bit older, who watch tv and tv is controlled, for the most part, you know, by the government, they re getting the propaganda version and the propaganda version is russians are in trouble, they are being threatened by ukrainians and so russia has to do something to protect itself. ....

Businesses immediately? yeah, i would certainly support that, not only with russian businesses but florida has been active in divesting its state pension fund, particularly the chinese stock market that hosts many chinese defense industry companies on that market. we do not need to be funding these murderous dick dayta these murderous dick dators tha mean us tomorrow to replace the united states who is leading the world s democracies with their version of regimes. the sad thing pam is it is our money through our state pensions, through wall street, through our sports industries and certainly through our oil and gas purchases that are funding both the chinese and russians and i think we need to take a stuffer stand when it comes to our wallets. i want to ask a viewer question before we let you go. you mentioned you believe some of the putin s top generals should be called with war crimes ....
