Security Deposit and Interest under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996
Attempt may be made for a stricter enforcement of Sec 34(6) of the Arbitration Act so as to enable the rightful owner of money to enjoy his stock instead of locking the same as security even if the same is with interest.
