I agree with the caller about the lack of police presence on our streets and the fact that they don't pull people over. I was traveling southbound on Hover (on Monday), doing 50 in a 45 in the left hand, southbound lane. A car came roaring up in the median divider, raced around me, and 30 seconds later we were at the same light. I was directly behind him. I certainly hope his endeavor to save time was worth the risk to himself and me, and I can only guess that the extensive back-end damage to his vehicle was done in a previous attempt to save time.
