ICICI Bank Asked To Pay Balance Rs2.90 Lakh Wrongly Transferred to Other Account with 9% Interest
While upholding orders passed by fora below, the national consumer disputes redressal commission (NCDRC) directed ICICI Bank Ltd to refund the balance of Rs2.90 lakh with an interest of 9%pa (per annum) from the wrongly transferred Rs4.50 lakh from its customer's account.
