An FIR has been lodged at the Hinjewadi police station against the three accused under Section 364 (kidnapping with the intention of murder) of the Indian Penal Code and sections of the Arms Act.

Police said around 7 am, the accused persons abducted the 14-year-boy in a car, from a spot near his residence in Tathawade. After some time, they called his uncle over mobile phone and demanded Rs 30 lakh ransom.
