2021 NFL Draft Grades ------ Trading Pick #14 to the Jets: C+/F/A+ You might wonder why I have three different grades here, and that's because I wanted it to reflect how I felt about it at the time three events happened. The 'C+' comes form the initial trade. I liked getting the two thirds, but I wanted them to take a Tackle there, and I wasn't sure if we'd have a chance at #23.
