MUMBAI: A Railway Protection Force (RPF) jawan was arrested after he smashed up two official vehicles parked at Grant Road in a fit of rage in the early hours of Thursday.
Head constable Vikram Sajjansingh, 39, told police officials that he was furious after his leave application was cancelled by the administration at the last moment. Senior RPF officials, however, rubbished his claims and said that he was, in fact, on leave when the incident occurred. He has been suspended from duty. ....
