Men arrested on assault, drug charges in separate incidents in Pierre over the weekend

Information from the Pierre Police Department says officers were called to an altercation between Vilas Fallis, Jr. and an adult female around 4:30pm Friday. During their altercation, the female received minor injuries. Officers also found a needle and a pipe where Fallis had been staying before the arrest.
