At a cost of nearly $3 million, this ain't the familiar Farotto's of pizza-and-pasta fame in Rock Hill. The owner's daughter, Lisa Parrott LaRuffa and her husband Gerard LaRuffa, have created an upscale eatery with a contemporary Tuscan feel.
