Annandale man suspected of providing heroin in fatal overdose
ST. CLOUD — An Annandale man is suspected of providing drugs used in a fatal overdose in March. Zachary Vincent Wolf, 24, is charged with one felony count of third-degree murder. According to the complaint against him, officers responded March 16 to the 4900 block of Bluehill Circle in South Haven. Law enforcement located an adult male who was deceased. An autopsy determined the cause of death was toxic effects of fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl and methamphetamine.
