Detroit Free Press Interstate 94 is shut down at I-275 in Romulus after a road rage incident Friday afternoon that left one person shot in the knee. Troopers responded to a shooting at eastbound I-94 and Vining Road at around 2:50 p.m. Further investigation revealed that a brown vehicle was involved in a traffic altercation with a maroon vehicle.
