Violot Guillemard Wine Dinner
The name Pommard comes from Pomona, the goddess of fruits and gardens. At 250 meters above sea level, it is surrounded by rolling vineyards and grows almost exclusively on delicate Pinot Noir. The red wine produced is powerful, elegant and charming, and has a unique aroma. As early as the Middle Ages, it was recommended as the flower of Burgundy, and other wines were willing to use it as a reference standard.
