Hampton teacher who died in Sunday night shooting remembered as sweet, caring
Joi Brown, a PE teacher at Hampton's Kecoughtan High School, died Sunday after what police said is likely a "domestic-related" shooting. Students, colleagues and others who knew her say she was a caring and sweet teacher and always looked out for her students.
