Split in two? >> it's one of the possible outcomes. another possible outcome is negotiations will broker an arrangement which there's substantial self-government and the libyan state is disassembled. another would be gadhafi would leave. another would be the international criminal court would charge gadhafi. he would be arrested somehow and a constitutional reform throughout all of libya. the point is, the military action made the alternatives feasible politically. it's up to the diplomats using the leverage of the military and law and economics to get something done here. >> general wesley cl...
