At the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, jury chief Nadav Lapid called Vivek Agnihotri's film 'The Kashmiri Files' a "propaganda" and "vulgar" movie. Since his remarks, Mr Lapid has become embroiled in controversy.
