It does not protect the right to keep in carry any weapon in any manner ever was to every purpose. you would think that listening to the nra and some of the speakers yesterday that that could be right. there is a substantially way that the supreme court has told us about who could carry weapons, as they have not historically been able to be carried by felons or the mentally ill. you can restrict the places where they could be kept, sensitive places, such as public buildings, voting places, schools. he can also restrict the type of weapon. i know these types of restrictions could be challenging...
