Some interesting numbers were reported at the meeting, hosted by Dr. Jaime Gonzalo, VP Consumer Mobile Services and Andreas Zimmer, Head of Product at Huawei Europe - Petal Search, Huawei’s own search engine, is on track to reach 60 million active users outside China by the end of 2021. During the call, both executives underlined that Huawei is strong outside its domestic market. Currently, there are 18 million monthly active users of Petal Search outside China, with 4 million of them being located in Europe. The accomplishment for Huawei is massive because 12 months ago Petal Search didn t even exist. ....
